Questions and Answers

Digital or Film? What is the difference to us?
You should not see any difference, if the equipment used is professional and handled by a photographer who understands how to use a digital format.
The differences are more in the future as you will be able to create slideshows easily with your digital file that you can view on your TV or with a digital projector. Also there is far more flexibility in album building as images can be combined in overlays and collages.

Can we have some Black & White and some color images or must we chose one or the other?
You can have both. In digital, I shoot in color and then can easily convert any (or all) images to Black & White.
This is a great option, as you can decide after reviewing the images which is the best treatment for a particular shot.

What is meant by a Romance Session?
I like to take the Bride and Groom away from their guests for a private shooting.
This can last for 15-20 minutes and is meant to capture the special relationship you have with each other.
I promise you that these images will have a special of meaning for you for the rest of your lives.

What is the Painterly look?
Images can be transformed into a “painted” look through a computer program.
Many different techniques exist, each giving a different results, Water color, Oil Painting, Pencil sketching, in example.
Do we get proofs?
Proofs also known as “digital negatives” are available free of charge or for a small charge depending on the package you select.
Please call me for an appointment to come see my albums.
The album will show how the entire wedding was shot and laid out for the best effect.
The album will show you what you can expect from my photography.
